Another Egg

Here is another egg added to the Easter tree.  It is Jane's Easter Egg pattern.
The thread is Marilee Rockley's Hot Pink and Lime in size 20.  It is another easy and fun one to tat.

2013 Easter Eggs



Here are Sally Kerson's Button Egg's that I made.  They are so lovely on my Easter Egg tree.  Thanks Sally for a fun and easy pattern to tat.  Each one has a different mistake in it...I learned that I should NOT watch TV and tat at the same time.  But, for some reason I can't stop.

Jane's Critters

Here is the Gecko, Lion, Hummingbird, Octopus and the Flea. Aren't Jane Eborall's critters adorable? I took her class at Palmetto Tat Days 2012 where she taught these.  Except the flea, Jane went around "exterminating" the fleas while there.  She was so generous to give us the dead flea. Since she has been putting the patterns up on her blog, I thought I should go ahead and post the ones I made.  The flamingo and ostrich are done too, but the ends have not been hidden yet.  So, they will appear here sometime later.  It was a great class.  She is an phenomenal teacher.

Tatted Easter Egg Doll

I was browsing through Pinterest and found this adorable lady.  I knew I had to have one.  Through clicking the picture for more information, I found that she was created by Umintsuru.  Check out the Gallery portion of her website.  So, I contacted her for some information.  Her main advice was to use whatever was in my stash and to have fun!  I did.  Here is the result.  Thank you Umintsuru for your inspiration.
